Tour Ashton Kutcher's House Through Gilt City (OR DO IT FOR FREE!)

So Gilt City Los Angeles is going to have a very special promotion on offer in about 6 hours-- a tour of Ashton Kutcher's home.  Because the sale hasn't started yet, I'm not sure how much tickets will be, but my guess is that they won't be cheap.  Does anything else come with the tour?  Based on Gilt City's description, I don't think so.  Do you get to meet Ashton?

  

Doesn't seem as though that is included either.  AND, Gilt City has furnished the house itself (with items that it will later be selling on its website)-- Ashton's stuff isn't even there!  In case you couldn't tell, I find this promotion to be pretty ridiculous (although proceeds from the tickets will go to charity, so there is one good thing).  However, if you are Ashton-obsessed, it turns out that Ashton's house is for sale!  Forget about a measly little tour, for $2.6 million, you can OWN the house (though in this market, you can probably still get it if you low-ball a little).  OR for those of you who are on a budget (and if you're reading my site, you probably are) you can just schedule an appointment with the broker Gary Gold and see the house for free!  Take that Gilt City!
